I'm waiting for an important document from Wesbank that needs to be delivered to me urgently. I received confirmation from Wesbank on 11 June that the document was handed over to the courier in Johannesburg and will be delivered to me in Strand, Western Cape. Today, 13 June I followed up with Wesbank and with UTi, only to learn that the courier was at my house, did not phone me, did not leave a note, and went back to Cape Town office. Now the document has been sent back to Johannesburg!! No one phoned me or tried to contact me!! We've been waiting around at the house, like fools for the past 2 days, and there was definitely no courier at our door! How am I supposed to get the document back in Cape Town and actually delivered to my door??? Are you seriously trying to run a business like this??
