Shocking service

Called FNB to open a business banking account last Monday (August 26), everything seemed to have been going swimmingly. Submitted all necessary docs requested by FNB and they had the cards and welcome pack couriered. But late last Friday they send me an email saying that one document is outstanding. On the outstanding document which was to be completed by me and sent back to them, I noticed they had misspelt my name. Nonetheless, i made the correction and sent it through. Then on Tuesday they email me saying that they cannot accept a document that has been corrected in ink, and attach another document with the correct spelling of my name. I sign that and send it back to them on Wednesday, and now they telling me I still need to sign that document and send it, despite having received confirmation of receipt from Jackie on Wednesday. This is absolutely ridiculous. FNB's sercvice is shocking. Until now I've been doing all the following up, with no calls from you!
