I had an attemped hi jack on the 20th January, i put in my claim the following day, I GOT A HIRE CAR A WEEK LATER!!! It is now the6th February, The hire car expires this Saterday!!! NOT ONE PERSON has phoned me from Virgin, i must have spent about R500.00 on phone calls, i followed all the procedures that were required, my car has been assessed and yet no one will tell me when the repairs will be carried out! I have never had such shocking service in my entire life, they increased my insurance premium due to the claim but THEY HAVENT even authorised the claim yet??? never mind the trauma of a hi jack!!! a week with no car!!! 16 DAYS WITHOUT ONE PERSON CALLING ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!! I cannot get a manager to call me, i have to keep going through the call centre and repeating my story and all i get told is sorry!!! IS THIS SERIOUSLY AN INSURANCE COMPANY??? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AS THIS IS NOW REALLY RIDICULOUS - THEY say all calls are recorder - PLEASE DO ME A FAVOUR AND GO BACK TO THE DATE I REPORTED THE CLAIM AND SEE HOW MANY CALLS I HAVE MADE AND HOW MANY I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY. I am desperate to get my vehicle back now!!!
