My car got then i put in a claim in at my insurance (Miway). I met with one of their assessor and he promised feedback within a week. Nothing prevailed i had to call and follow then in and out. Bearing in mind i had 30 day courtesy vehicle which was elapsing during their assessment. They then decide to give feedback after having to continuously follow up myself. Robustly i get an sms from them to take my 30 day courtesy vehicle back as they have settled their account with me. Question is my 30 day period is not finished, how do i get another car in such a given period of 3 days. While contractually i still have 9 days to the car to sort myself out.
This is unprofessional behavior from such a big iconic company. I am very dissapointed in your service.
