You call that service???

My father passed away in Decemeber, I notified the banks as soon as possible that he had passed. My father has a vehicle financed with Absa, and I am sure he had a death cover that went hand in hand with the vehicle, so the vehicle will be paid in the event of death. I sent numerous email to Johan Ferreira, who first gave speedy responses, then need to refer it to a Me. Khulekani Mathonsi, which he CC'd me in his mail on 30/01/2013, and we still have NO RESPONSE!!! We are unclear if the installment of the vehicle needs to be paid, if the vehicle had a death policy, or what is going on!!! This is patetic service! If one looses a loved one, you would expect people to assist to finalise everything as soon as possible, so the deceased estate can be finalised... Clearly this is not the case with Absa... Today, Tomorrow, and another Month or two (that's how long you wait for them to wake up!)
