I would like to thank Dumisani Spogter for the clear clarification regarding my claim with Miway. It has been very hard to get through the claims call centre and the claim I placed in December 2013 had not been attended to. Thanks a lot Dumisani.

Thanks also to Jade for keeping me updated regarding the claim. This is my 1st claim and the 1st efficient responses received since I placed my claim in December 2013.
