I logged a claim with Miway on the 29th November 2013 and to date (30th December 2013) this claim has not been resolved.
I am utterly DISGUSTED in how this claim has been handled (from start till now) and I do not believe that it can take this long to resolve a claim.
I was told last week (24th December 2013) that someone would call me to finalize this claim and I am still waiting. I am even tempted to think that they are doing this deliberately because I had requested my policy with them to be cancelled just before I put in the claim.
I have spent loads of airtime and spent untold amounts of time on my work phone trying to get this issue resolved to no avail. Every time I get someone the phone I get told the same story, that the claims department is experiencing high call volumes and call back request has been logged and someone will call me back and still nothing.
