Fax line where claims sre to be sent not working

I took out a loan that I have been paying monthly till I was retrenched last August, I went to a Hartswater branch to submit a claim as part of the insurance was that should i be retrenched they would pay 6 of my installments. my documents were faxed to 011 5431140 on more that 8 occassions yet they still claim they havent received anything despite me having fax confirmation and having gone to their brandwag branch in bloemfontein, . I would like them to give me fax that work and stop harrasing me with daily calls denying receipt of my claim.
