Delay in processing insurance claim payout

It is really shocking how poor your customer service is!!!

Through a retrenchment claim, IUA paid you 6 months' installments on 27 January. Since that date, i contacted you twice to ask you to credit my personal account. I was told it would take 4 working days to reach my account. This turnaround time has passed and when I called your offices yesterday the call centre confirmed that the credit is still on my DA account. So the phone calls I made to your claims department have been in vain, since none of the ladies I spoke to has sent my request to be processed. I was retrenched in August and have not defaulted on any of my monthly payments. The money from the claim is needed urgently for my expenses, I have no intention of paying this loan in advance. I will continue to pay installments until the last installment is due. You are quick to deduct money from an account, and terrible at paying people what is rightfully due to them. I need this money in my account by Thursday, otherwise you will be held liable for all the unpaid fees and any costs that will result in my not meeting certain obligations due to your incompetence.

Sort this out now, and message me if need be.
