After i got the claim documents and submitted them in December 2013, Bronnica said that they have submitted my claim and i requested them to hand me a different device to the one that i previously insured as the admin explained that if i am not happy about what ever device they will put it through to Hollard their underwritters. 2 weeks of waiting between the 16- 22 Jan 2014 i requested the admin for her supervisor only then i conveniently got an answer that my request was declined and when i ask to speak to hollard as per their t's & c's they never provided me with a contact when i finally decided to agree when they forced me to take the original device and expected it to be delivered within 3-5 working days after proof of payment was sent through. i sent the proof on the 26th Jan 2014 and up to today i still dont have the device they forced me to have or the one i wanted. when i contacted them they gave me a false tractking number for the courier as i confimed with the courier that it does not exist. i am really appauled at the service of these people & am dissapointed that the quality & service processes of FINRITE dont proctect the consumer.
