Personal loan claims

Fours weeks ago I called FNB personal loans call centre to enquire about how to claim for the insurance when you have been retrenched and you want the insurance to start paying as per the agreement. I was given the email address and immediately I emailed the documents as I was told by the agent. Two weeks of waiting went by no acknowledgement of my email no phone call from FNB. So I decided to go to a branch in Greenstone I waited in the line for 30mins and when I finally got to speak to the consultant she told me we need to call the call centre again, we then called them (personal loan claims) and still I was told the samething email and wait. I emailed my documents again and I am still waiting for FNB to get back to me. Note that I am at home not working and wasting my money to contact FNB for their agents to still not be able to assist me. The branch could not help me, the call centre told me to wait for a week I have been waiting now for a month and still no joy from them.
