Risk status still saying 3

Good day

I have been requesting with the branch in Braamfontein to change my risk status to a 2 but i've been sent from pillar to post. I'm not if they are aware of the time I keep on taking to go to the bank and sort this out. This is a bank I bank with so it is imperative to me that my risk status is sorted out immediately.

I like banking with FNB but I feel that this time, they have let me down.
