HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU

I have been trying to get my risk profile sorted since November last year. I applied for a 2nd bond and I could not get approved as it still stated on my profile that Im under debt review. I was send from pillar to post. The debt review was removed and my risk brought down from a 4 to a 3, but still I could not get my loan approved. The only person helping me is Boitumelo from FNB Branch in Industria and even he gets send from pillar to post. nobody can advise him or me what the process is to reduce my risk from a 3 to a 2 in order for my loan be a considered. At one stage it was my credit card which they said was not settled. After providing proof of settlement... I was back to square one. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT. SURELY IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON WHO HAS GONE THROUGH THIS PROCESS. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME.
