I just want to give praise to one of your staff Hammond, for being vigilant about the safety of std bank clients. One of your tellers has put the money counting machine where everyone in the bank can see how much money one is withdrawing. Hammond was just passing and saw this, he went straight to the teller to move it and put it where ONLY the person who is withdrawing money can see. I was actually on the quee for enquiries to get the proof of my account and i saw this, and this machine was visible where i was standing and i was happy that he saw the risk while the teller was unaware of this and even the clients couldnt see that since it was going to be a risk for those who withdrawing lot of money because you dont who is following you.
Keep up the good work Hammond, i dont know your position but i was happy to see the risk management!
