Early last year I opened a gold cheque account @ the Constantia kloof branch, the consultant said I was still on debt counselling. I told her I was not and I am no longer interested and dont want the account anymore. I then opened another acxount I Dec. They sent a statement of the old account and I assumed it the new account. There funds in the new account the old one is on -R100, fnb says I am a risk 4 client. If that was the case, would they open another gold cheque account for me and would other creditors appropriate my applications? I have complained by telephone and went to the centurion branch and it seems no one is willing to sort this out. They must change the risk code and close the old account number.
