I joined One Pet in November 2013 and the first payment and administration fee were debited.
Since then, no debit order has been raised from my banking account, yet I get an sms to say that my account has been suspended due to non-payment. This occurred in December, January and February.
There have been numerous phone calls, e-mails and yet it has happened AGAIN. I have asked for a credit report and should they have listed me for non-payment, I will be taking this to my lawyers!
PATHETIC SERVICE! I have requested my policy to be cancelled.
