I opened an account with Fnb online. They told me that my card would be delivered to my house. We arranged a date and time. I got all the documents ready and waited. The card never came so I send a complaint via e-mail. The reply was a number I had to phone. I phoned them and explained the whole situation and then they gave me a courier company's number. Unfortunately I did not have the time to phone them because I work full time and study as well and they are only open during office hours. A few days later I received an sms telling me that my card had been cancelled. I feel that they could have done more.
