I went to Southgate branch to have my payment limit increases as I NEEDED to make some payments for a higher value than normal. My electricity was out at home so I could not use my PC as it needed charging. I asked the lady that helped me how long the limit will remain for and she said 2 WEEKS! This morning when wanting to make the necessary payments - LO AND BEHOLD! THE LIMIT IS DECREASED! Standardbank I am so fed with your bad service and I don't even have this account 3 months! I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO KEEP GOING INTO YOUR INCOMPETENT BRANCHES STANDING IN QUEUES WHEN THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE! I really regret opening this account!!! Please sort this out as I refuse to go into another branch to deal with your STUPID STAFF! I am really angry and appalled. You don't know the first thing about CUSTOMER SERVICE
