Supervisor Dury- Service!

I had a 6 month loan taken out from my cellphone through their ussd string service a while back, i was retrenched from my work in April and requested to claim from my PPP which i automatically have with my 6 month loan.i contact finchoice and spoke Werner would advised "im sorry sir that you lost your job, you do however have the payment protection plan and you will be covered and account settle in full, there were 2 installments left, the following month they debited the money, even though i sent through all the claim forms. i have been following it with luck in getting feedback, untill recently when i got back to work and tried to get a consolidation loan, i was advised i have a listing on ITC, iwas suprised as this was something i was not aware of.since january i ave been calling and once asked for a supervisor called Dury, what a waste of my effort and time, clueless on service delivery and never fedback to me on progress but stories, everytime i call now to speak to he is either in the bathroom and never leaves.poor soul he must have it bad... 3 weeks later i am still waiting on a letter of apology and my name cleared on ITC with the default listing nothing, called again 2day
