Poor Service and Unnecessary Behavio

After more than 3 days of opening an account online with FNB and making use of it, my accounts gets blocked and was made a matter..they ask me to go into a branch and show my original ID and proof of res..i do that and they brought a stack of papers for me to fill and they wanted to take my finger-prints??? this is after being late at work, waiting in queue for 2hours!!!
the guy who called me told me the information that was at the credit bureau was not the same as what i provided, but when i pulled my credit report, there was the same info that i supplied when i made an application??
It is with shame that the service consultant in the branch also could not understand why they did this at the "my branch"i think.

Not sure what FNB is about anymore really??? Best they sort this out their side as this is non-sense, or maybe its time to "switch" like they say to another bank!!!
