Bad Service and False information provided

I am a Design Engineer working currently working for NSA.I had finished my degree and now secured a very good Job profile within the company as of Feb 2013.Last month i had applied for a Home Loan to the value of R630000 of which i would have put down a deposit of R130000.I completed all paperworks and this was submitted to Standard Bank Rivonia Branch JHB.On 28/01/13 i recieved the follwing sms: "WE ADVISE YOU HAVE PASSED PRE-SRCEENING AND MAY CONTINUE WITH YOU APPLICATION"
Today when i phone the bank they said my application is declined as i dont have a credit history. I obviously prefer buying my stuff with cash. So simply because i have no accounts to which i must pay monthly to this gives me a bad credit history. I informed the branch regarding this and they mentioned a motivation has to be completed and sent off to Head Office.
I am very dissapointed at this matter as i wanted to invest into the property market and own one myself.
I have mentioned if this does not get resolved i will also switch my bank for false information provided and bad service.
