Sent wrong information to ITC

Had paid off my ABSA personal loan in September 2012, in the beginning of January, ABSA updated it on the ITC (both transunion and experian) with arrears totalling 150 and a balance of more than R20000. I asked them to update it correctly, which they did. I ran the report today and it is on again. It's been time and cost consuming for me to call them every month. Don't know what to do anymore, cause talking to them seems worthless.
