Worst service from an insure

I have been experiencing an issue with my Samsung S3 and last week Wednesday i took it in to the MTN repair centre in Midrand. They informed me that it was economically irreparable and i should inform my insurance. I did just that and by 10am Thursday 30th Jan, i had even paid my access fee to Callsure!!! I am currently on day 4!!! They still have not collected the phone from me as promised so that they can take it to their accessor and issue me with another. I am completely unable to function. I cannot receive my email. I cannot do my banking. I cannot make any calls!!! i am off beyond measure of how they have totally put my life on hold on just a basic service provision which i have been loyally paying for over the years. I am beyond disappointed and i want nothing further to do with Hollard insurance after this encounter. If they can not assist diligently on such a small matter as a phone, one can only imagine the inconvinience that it would be for bigger possession!!!

I want nothing more to do with this insurer and i would appriciate it if MTN as my service provider, removes them or stops recomending them to clients.
