In 2012, I moved my private bank account which I had for 10 years to FNB. At the same time I migrated my insurance to FNB/ Hollard Insurance to attract Ebucks. Since that time I was seldom given Ebucks.
In May 2013, FNB Insurance decided to exit Hollard- Exiliti underwriters and took a new underwriter Mutual and Federal now called FNB DIRECT, I was not made aware of this move or that I will not is collecting bucks as originally promised when I took out insurance. I lost Ebucks from May 2013 to end of 30 September 2013 on premiums paid with Hollard.
I then decided myself to migrate back to FNB DIRECT in October 2013 by taking out another insurance with FNB DIRECT and cancelling the policy with Hollard. I sent an email to Premier Bank to say that this is my Ebucks number and that they must assist me so I can collect Ebucks only to be told it not they issue and I got to do this myself with Ebucks Company.
What am I paying Premium service rate for with FNB when as a premier client I have to endure this treatment, it was FNB insurance that caused all these administrative issues, imagine If had a claim with them what further disclaimers I endurer. I am aggrieved as your client.
