They gave me a faulty phone. Now they are not helping at all. They updated my cellphone software after that I can't access my Blackberry World App, I'm getting an error. Hollard said its my baby they are not responsible for it. They have been taking the phone to repair it but it never get repaired. Why do you have to repair a new phone?
I'm so disappointed!!! What a waste of money and time.
