1. I opened an account with std bank and i asked one of the consultant to swap all my debit orders from another bank to the one i was opening (which he said it is possible to do that) then it took 3 times enquires for them to be able to order the card (4 weeks).

2. After receiving the card wanting to swipe at a store the card got declined, i went back to the branch and explained the problem i'm having with the card, then the consultant said the problem has been fixed but still few minutes later tried to use the card again it got declined again. I queried four times and still had the same problem then the last consultant advised me to order a new card if the incident occurred again. later that day same thing happened thus ordered the card by myself.

3. Concerning my debit orders, i just found out that only three debit orders were swapped and two were not.

This is not acceptable why do i have to go through a lot of consultations, for me to get a satisfying service? Now i'm going to have a bad credit record because of not paying my debts on time.
