I have previously gone to the Absa bank in centurion (Embankment rd) to withdraw money from Western Union, and received terrible service as the staff had no idea how to deal with a Western Union Withdrawal, as it was also my first time I feel they should have had the know how of what is required etc. in order to assist me properly, but I had to return to the bank twice until my transaction was finalised.
However, today I had to received money from Western Union again, and the lady who assited me at teller number 3 was incredibly helpful, I was there for no longer than 15 minutes and the transaction was finalised and I had my cash. she was incredibly friendly, bubbly and a pleasure to be served by.
she even tried her best to assist me with the Portuguese on the form the sender sent me to figure out what is what.
I would like to say a BIG thank you to Tebogo Mofamme for assiting me perfectly in a transaction that I was dreading to deal with.
