Requests send back and forth between divisions

Every month this is becoming a real hassle now.
The Standard Bank emailing system has problems with emailing monthly statements to yahoo account holders. So, every month, I have to request my statements manually. THIS IS A REAL HASSLE, AS THE ONE DEPARTMENT REFERS YOU TO THE NEXT DEPARTMENT, AND AT THE END OF THE DAY, NO FEEDBACK FROM ANY OF THEM!!!
All I ask is a copy of my statements. I went the "green" way and is paperless, but seems to me that I have to go back to the old day of using post. Maybe THEN I will get my statements.
