I have been emailing the accounts department of American swiss for the last two weeks requesting a statements and nobody gets back to me., I don't know what the is going on on my account because its to much of an effort for them to send me a statement.

I don't receive my statements via the post. Who knows why. It might be somewhere in between the uselessness of American swiss and the Posting Services.

They are very quick to phone people when you are a couple rand behind, but if you are up to date they just done care.
