We are all guilty of complaining about bad service, so for once I would like to joyfully announce GREAT SERVICE!!

So After our Power Surge Fiasco, we had another unfortunate event about 4 weeks later, a burglary! with a heavy heart I had to phone Hollard again and explain and report the claim. It was with sincere humbleness that my call was answered by Sandy Duvenhage and she assisted promptly and got Patricia Molefe to handle my claim again. The claim was registered quick and efficiently on Monday the 13th of January and the entire process went smoothly from the Assessor (Johan Broodryck) to the Asset Survey company. It is with pride and joy that I can commend these people on their outstanding work performance that my claim (the entire amount of the claim was about R61, 000) was settled by Friday the 17th of January. We received our CashCard on Monday the 20th of January 2014.

I would like to thank these people involved from the bottom of my heart... this convinced me to stay with Hollard for my household insurance.
