I called in to Old Mutual to cancel my life policy that I took out for my dad due to financial circumstances the policy was successfully cancelled and the service was good until the Financial consultant called me and asked me why I never told him and he said that I was useless this kind of service is pathetic and you don't treat your customers that way I will never take out a policy with Old Mutual again. This customer service is pathetic!
