Old mutual refuses to change my bank account

I switched bank accounts in JANUARY of this year and for the last year, old mutual refuse to debit the amount i owe for my policy premiums off my new account. Phoned the call center today and dealt with Sharriff and he was very rude. i am going to have to cancel my policy with them because i am wasting money having 2 cheque accounts.
