Poor Service Period

I put a claim on the 9th of Jan. Claim no. C516836 Ref.: 20855649, after I hit a BMW (2007 model) in the back en damaged its back bumper, was sent from pillar to post by their legal liability, and for the whole of this week they've been telling us that we are waiting for Lindy or Linda to appoint an assessor (direct line - 0119900302) who has never been available for the entire period even today, and no-one is able to assist us, since the 9th of Jan. NO JOY from mi-way
