Complaint / review / scam report
The shower in my bathroom started leaking on 02 Sunday 2014. My wife called Outsurance and reported the leak. Outsurance. I moved the shower forward to identify where the leak was - pipes etc. A technician came out and identified the leaks after inspecting the back of the, by also moving the shower forward. he advised to lodge a claim, and we could only do this on 03 Monday. My wife lodged the claim on Monday. Outsurance informed that they would send out a authorised plumber to report and carry out the necessary repairs.the plumbers came out a day late and another day for a leak test and the report delayed. To add to the delays the report is totally incorrect, and I quote " the pipes have come loose behind it and every time they move the shower and push it back into place the waste pipe does not go in correctly" I immediately replied to Outsurance informing that the report is totally incorrect, I also informed the assessor who acknowledged the report was incorrect, BUT outsurance did not respond and its now SIX DAYS WITHOUT A SHOWER.
