The worst service we have ever received

At the end of November 2013 we applied for the pocketpos device and our application was approved. We paid an amount of R2650 on the 3December 2013, hoping that the device would be delivered in the same month at the least. We only received the device in January and lost a lot of money as a result of this delay. Now Nedbank is billing us twice for one service. We were only supposed to pay 3.5% per transaction but now, they are deducting money from our account for swipe bundles that we are not supposed to be paying for. When we approached Nedbank about the problem and the about the amount of R1368 that Nedbank owes us the person we spoke to Joelle Pillay told us that she was going to a meeting and
that she would contact us as soon as the meeting was over, she still has not contacted us, that was on the 24 Jan 2014 and she still has not contacted us. In addition to this Nedbank is still debiting our account with an amount of R862.99 which according to our knowledge, we are not supposed to be paying. This is by far the worst service we have ever received from any service provider!
