Spent the last hour and a bit on the phone to the call centre.
Ended up making 5 calls as each time after spending 20 plus minutes on the call I am cut off.
Even more astounding is that on those calls I had to enter my card and CSP details not once but up to 3 times in the same call.
Are your systems that messed up that it cannot remember details I provided a few seconds ago?
Luckily there are other banks in SA where you can change limits online and not be put through this frustration.
Something that should take a few seconds ended up ruining my morning.
