POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

I emailed Nadia on 15/01 & received no response. I emailed again on 17/01 & received an invoice which had to be paid on the day to avoid penalties. This was done. Nadia confirmed payment was made to the post office on 20/01 & license was to be received the following week.

On 23/01 Nadia emailed me to say that Road Protect had given the incorrect amt to pay & a further R 149 had to be paid. Slightly annoyed that after I had been told the license was paid to the PO, only a week later did they come back to me to say they had made an error.

I paid the further amt on 27/01. I emailed Nadia 27/01 & 28/01 - no response. Emailed again 29/01 to which Nadia replied that the license was being sent by courier & would arrive on Fri 31/01.

STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE LICENSE!
I emailed Nadia yesterday as we had not heard a thing from Road Protect to let us know of the delay or give an explanation.

This morning I received an email from Nadia saying the courier company had not collected the license & will only do so tomorrow.

This is unacceptable!! 3 weeks later & I have to constantly follow up only to get no where!!
POOR SERVICE! POOR COMMUNICATION! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ROAD PROTECT!!
