I cancelled my contract and was told by Happy that my cancellation fee will be 30% of my monthly fee, R161. I was then emailed by Nadia who said it would be R462. Confused I phoned Happy again and she confirmed that it would be R161 and if the wrong amount is debited I can phone her. Nadia then also confirmed with email that it will be R161. At the end of the month R462 was debited from my account. On Monday I phoned and left a message with reception that Happy must contact me. I also emailed Nadia. I still haven't received one phone call or email from Virgin Active regarding the incorrect billing. I would like this incorrect billing sorted out as soon as possible.
