I had a problem with loading my ipad this morning.
I emailed 8ta/Telkom mobile - thinking I would have to wait a week for any help.
Imagine my surprise when I received a response immediately from Nadia and she carried on helping me until I had managed to do what needed to be done.
She was patient, helpful and an asset to the company.
