I was contacted by Nadia from Road Protect after replacing a damaged tyre at TWT last year with my short term insurance taken when I fitted the new tyres. She claimed that she would be able to get the difference in the insured part of the tyre and my expense back from the Roads agency. I was surprised and impressed. I completed a simple form and sent it back to her only to forget about the possible refund.
2 Weeks ago Nadia contacted me to say that my claim has been approved and that I will be receiving some money back. This was paid into my account last week. What a nice surprise!! Good service, constant updates and a great attitude! Thanks!!
