My vechicle was in a accident. Send the vechicle to the Outsurance prefered supplier. The total repair was supose to take 5 days. Having problems with the panelbeater i contact Outsurance to sort this out. I was told they will follow up and get back to me. One week later no word from Outsurance. I phoned them yesterday again and was told... THEY ARE BUSY... someone will contact me soon. One day later still no call from Outsurance. If they are this busy maybe people should start looking at alternative insurance companies. I know i will.
