Shocking after sales service

Last month on 28 June I took delivery of my vehicle purchased through the Renault Fountains branch. On that day I was promised by Nadia that my new license disk would be delivered to me the following Monday. On 1 August 2013 the debit order for the vehicle I traded in still went off my account - that was understandable as the dealership still had to settle the bank with the amount outstanding and the refund to me (as I understood when I spoke to Nadia that Friday, 2 August) would take approximately 2 weeks to be paid back to me. (Now all of a sudden Wesbank has to refund me from their account?) I then spoke to Nadia again in the beginning of last week, after she promised me that everything would be sorted out by the end of that week, when I had no feedback by that Friday afternoon, I phoned back again only to be put through to Elmarie as Nadia was not there. So after a whole week of excuses from Elmarie and her promising to phone me back (I have not received ONE phone call from either of them) from 'computers not working' to 'I'm too busy to assist you' it's been almost a full month and I'm still without my license disk or monies owed to me.??? EVERY time it's a different story!?
