ACCOUNT UPDATE

IVE GOT A PERSONAL LOAN WITH STANDARD BANK. WAS RETRENCHED OCTOBER AND INSURANCE PAID 6 MONTHS PREMIUMS IN NOVEMBER. I PAID 2 INSTALMENTS IN JANUARIE. WENT TO THE BRANCH 5 TIMES TO RECTIFY THE ACCOUNT. IVE BEEN RECEIVING E-MAILS DAILY PERTAINING MY ACCOUNT IN ARREARS. WENT TO BRANCH EVEN LAST WEEK TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF RECEIVING THESE ARREARS E-MAILS DAILY. IT REALLY ANNOYS ME AND MY CREDIT BUREAU HASNT BEEN UPDATED AS WELL. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS, I'M NOT GOING TO ANY BRANCH OR MAKE ANY MORE CALLS ABOUT THIS. REGARDS.
