Outsurance is false advertising!!! I have send any sms to 44495 the call centre did phone me back and gave me a new quote.. the quote was higher then my current insurance. Now they don't want to pay me out because they have already more the 6 months ago. My problem with this is as follow. The pervious quote was for my old car. I have a new car and I have added household insurance. So this is way diffrent the the pervious quote. I have also checked the terms and conditions and it states nothing about not paying out a new quote for diffrent things!
