I had an African Bank account, which I settled on September 2012. Since then African Bank debits my account every month. I have Phoned, faxed, E-mailed even visited different branches and tried contacting their legal department. E-mails don't reach their destination, faxes are "lost" the branches can't or don't want to help. When I finaly got through to a "compitent" person they told me I had signed for a second loan. When I requested such a signed document to prove that I had applied for a second loan, the relevant couldn't be supplied and I was told I couldn't be assisted any longer. I have given up, signed a stop order with my bank and now I have to wait for unpleseant legal procedings for something wich is not my fault. I have given up with African Bank
