ON THE 3 OF SEPTEMBER I WENT TO AFRICAN BANK TO MAKE A LOAN WHICH WAS APPROVED. DURING THE VERY SAME MONTH I WENT TO OLD MUTUAL TO LOOK FOR A LOAN TO CONSOLIDATE THE AFRICAN BANK LOAN BECAUSE THE INTEREST WAS HIGH. THE AFRICAN BANK LOAN WAS CONSOLIDATED BUT AT THE END OF THE MONTH THEY STILL DEDUCTED 1600 FROM MY ACCOUNT.I WENT BACK TO THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT WHY DID THEY DEDUCT WHILE THEIR LOAN WAS SETTLED. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME WITHIN 2DAYS BUT TO MY SURPRISED THEY ONLY GAVE ME 800 AND WHEN I ASKED I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE PENALISING ME. A RUDE CONSULTANT WHO DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN WHY AM I PENALISED SPOKE TO ME ON THE FOUN.I AM VERY DISAPPOINT IN THIS AND WOULD LIKE TO BE ASSISTED IN RECOVERING MY MONEY BACK FROM AFRICAN BANK.PLEASE HELP ME PETER.
