I logged a complaint regarding a cash cheque that was incorrectly deposited by the teller into my banking account on the 31 December 2013 instead of cashing the cheque and placing the deposit in my account causing the cheque to have a hold on it and all my January debit orders to be returned. No one has reversed the charges despite me spending hours in the branch at Musgrave. I was told the Manager would contact me which still has not happened.
