Last year i applied for a loan with easy loans, were i was paying R336 per week. The this year i became permanent and requested that fnb deduct money monthly as i will be paid monthly, it took a while before they delt with my query were my account was over due, because they didnt fix a simple request. Then it was fixed and they even send me a letter corfiming that the installment will be deducted on the 25th of every month, recently they just deducted the R1412 without my concern and it was on the 2nd of may which is confusing as i thought our agreement was that they will deduct only on the 25th of every month. Fnb is not a good bank, the go on and on about helping people but at the same time they do the opposite, i have been using this bank for 5 years and this is the service i get, i am even thinking of switching banks now.
