ABSA BANK A DISAPPOINTMENT

On the 30th of April 2013 at 09:23 i made a call to the absa vehicle and asset finance to request a reversal for the amount debited on my savings account for my car monthly instalment. AVAF deducted an amount of R1781 on the 29th of April for my monthly instalment and to my surprise they debited the very same amount on the 30th of April. I was angry because i knew I had to use my airtime to call the to reverse the transaction. at 09:23 i made a call and by 09:40 i was still busy talking to the consultant after having to wait on the line for almost 15min, mind you its peak time and my airtime was gone as a result of that silly call.
what made me even more angry is the fact that after they have acknowledge their error they told me that my money is going to be credited to my account between 2-3 working days, how angry i was to hear that. I mean these people have the audesity to take my money and when i want it back urgently they make me wait. now my debit orders have to bounce because them, and how dare they tell me about their SLAs, i mean who gives a about their service level agreement?? I have to pay for bank charges to Absa now because my debit orders have bounced.ref8202183
