FNB and how the FNB loans deprtment my money

I am a valued customer of FNB. Yesterday i was doing internet banking and made a capture error and transferred money to the wrong account, to a MRS Mbambo. I immediately went into the FNB branch where my account is held and thought this would be an easy process and MRS Mbambo banks with FNB. I was advised to fill in forms but FNB Loan department Had already taken my money as MRS Mbambo owed them money fro loans she had taken, FNB sent me an email saying they will not refund me my money and i must get it back from MRS Mbambo, In my eyes FNB have comitted as this money belongs to me. The fact that Mrs Mbambo owes them money for loans is not my problem, they must get the money from her and give my money back, My whole family and my company bank with FNB and are appalled by this. I wasted R300 on airtime to try sort this out today, to no avail, i as shunted from one department to the next like a yoyo and no one knew what they were doing. I also sent 4 urgent emails and no response, FNB have the ordasity to phone me to upgrade to a platinum account..REALLY???
